I-Mud Jr. - Model
9100 - Digital Mud Volume Totalizer (MVT) and Mud Flow Monitor - The I-Mud
Jr is a compact pit volume totalizer for smaller drilling rigs or workover
rigs. It's LCD digital indicators display total mud volume for up to 12 tanks,
individual volume of any one tank, 1 of 2 or both trip tanks, mud volume
gain/loss, mud flow rate and SPM for one mud pump. For tripping, there is a mud
returns indicator. This one unit can replace sperate Mud Flow-Fill Consoles
(MFC), Mud Volume Consoles (MVC) and trip Tank Consoles
(TTC)

Traveling Block Controller
Computer controlled "Soft Stop" Protection for both the crown and the floor. The
traveling Block Controller is an intelligent kinetic energy monitoring system
(KEMS) that includes a unique "Soft Stop" feature to ensure that the safe and
accurate operation of the traveling block is maintained to the maximum upper
and lower block travel limit. The TBC eliminates the problem of overrunning the
top or bottom stop by monitoring and controlling the blocks velocity when the
traveling block is being operated near the crown or the floor.

Electronic Crown Protector
Computer controlled "Soft Stop"- Protection for the crown. The ECP is an Intelligent
crown saver (crownomatic), the Electronic Crown Protector eliminates the
problem of overrunning the top stop by monitoring and controlling the traveling
block’s ascending velocity when the traveling block is being operated
near the crown. This allows the traveling block’s upper travel limit to
be safely moved closer to the crown, eliminating the necessity of adding extra
derrick height.

a Computer Controlled crown saver / floor saver with "Soft Stop" protection for
the crown, "hard stop" protection for the floor.
